About the NDIS

What is the National Disability Insurance Scheme?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is Australia's national approach to funding the supports needed by people living with permanent and significant disability. It funds reasonable and necessary supports that help participants pursue their goals, increase independence, and build community connections.

An NDIS plan is built around each participant's goals. Funding is grouped into categories such as Core Supports, Capacity Building Supports, and Capital Supports — each with a different purpose.

Who We Work With

Self-managed, plan-managed, or NDIA-managed — we work with you

We support participants regardless of how their plan is managed. We'll work directly with your nominated support coordinator, plan manager, family, or guardian as needed, and keep communication clear at every step.

  • Self-managed — you handle the budget, we send invoices to you
  • Plan-managed — we work with your plan manager for invoicing and reporting
  • NDIA-managed — we follow NDIS price guides and bill the Agency directly

Frequently asked NDIS questions

Do I need an NDIS plan to access services?

Most of our supports are funded through the NDIS, so you'll need an active plan or be in the process of applying. If you're not sure where to start, we can point you in the right direction.

Do you support participants who aren't Aboriginal?

Yes — we welcome everyone. Our approach is grounded in cultural respect and inclusion, and we work with participants from all backgrounds.

How quickly can supports start?

Once we've had an initial conversation and signed a service agreement, supports can typically begin within a couple of weeks — sometimes sooner.

Do you work with support coordinators?

Yes. We regularly collaborate with support coordinators, plan managers, LACs, and other allied professionals.

Where do you provide services?

We're based in St Agnes, SA, and deliver services across Adelaide and South Australia. Get in touch to confirm coverage in your area.

How are services priced?

We follow the NDIS Price Guide for all NDIS-funded services. Costs are clearly listed in your service agreement before anything begins.
