A safe, confidential, and culturally aware space to talk through what's on your mind — for participants, carers, and family members.
Living with disability — or supporting someone who does — can bring up a wide range of feelings. Stress, grief, anxiety, change, identity, family relationships, and big life transitions are all part of the picture for many of the participants and carers we work with.
Our counselling service offers a calm, confidential space to talk things through. We work at your pace, in your language style, and with respect for your culture and family.
Our counselling is warm, conversational, and free of jargon. We blend evidence-informed approaches with cultural humility — meaning we adapt our style to suit you, not the other way around. Sessions can take place at our office, in your home, in community, or via telehealth, depending on what you prefer.
Counselling can support NDIS participants of all ages, as well as their carers and family members. Funding is typically captured under Improved Daily Living in your NDIS plan.
What you share stays between you and your counsellor, in line with privacy and safeguarding obligations.
Sessions in person, in community, in your home, or online — wherever you feel most comfortable.
We listen for cultural context and adapt our approach to honour your identity and family.
No pressure. We move only as fast as you're comfortable — and never push you anywhere you're not ready to go.
Alongside reflection, we offer real tools and strategies you can use in everyday life.
You're the expert on your life. We're here to walk alongside, not direct.
Reach out for a confidential conversation. There's no pressure — we're happy to answer questions and help you decide.
